We´re looking for a _**Project Manager (**_**Datacenter Buildout**_**)**_**Locations**: Mexico**QUALIFICATIONS**:Technical:- Infrastructure high level design/requirements analysis capabilities- Root cause high level analysis- Understanding of Concepts:- Cloud, Private and Public- High Availability - HA- Load balancing- Virtualization- Monitoring- Software lifecycle- Change management- Vulnerability/patching/hardening- Environments:- Disaster Recovery- Production- Pre-Production /Certification /DevelopmentNon-Technical:- Structure, organized and highly focus on documentation, reporting, evidence collections for proper project deliverables management (auditable deliverables)- Team minded- Communication Skills- Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in Spanish- ITIL certification- PMP certification**RESPONSABILITIES**- Improve new entity DR datacenter will be deployed to a new DR.- Ensure the creation of the Rack Elevation.- Ensure connectivity between existing Data Centers and buildings.- Support the deployment of the network equipment and blades.- Ensure the latency is aligned with business requirements.- Track the integration of the equipment with the monitoring tools.
**SKILLS**- Management of multiple concurrent priorities- Effective communications skills- Risk management to properly identify risks on time, workaround, and risk mitigation actions proactively- Project plan preparation from high level to technical details level, plan and estimate milestones/activities (effort/duration) and identify role/skills set per activity- Infrastructure projects management experience (DR, obsolescence, hardening, Security, monitoring)- Software projects management experience is a plus (to understand SLDC and products lifecycle)- Exceptional ability to communicate technical decisions/issues to different stakeholders- Strong organization skills (document, log and track actions, issues...)- Technical background is a plus (system engineer, IT operations,)- Experience working in a company based on ITIL environment (Change management, incident management, service management...)- Modality: Remote_- Salary: To be agreed_**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience in a Financial Services ?
