We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and drive our digital transformation initiatives.**Position Summary **As a Project Manager for Vision Group Retail, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects aimed at digitising retail and e-commerce operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI specialists, developers, and retail experts, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience and streamline operations.**Program/Project Management **Define the detailed scope of the project, gather departmental estimations, create requested SOWs and ensure contracts are agreed.Create and maintain the detailed project charter. Identify all relevant key stakeholders and ensure clear and frequent communication and awareness of progress.Establish relevant project governance and routines to keep the project team engaged and aware on tasks, deadlines, and achievements.Providing training, industry experience knowledge sharing and support to clients to help them get the most out of the product or service.Single point of contract with the customer for all Change/ Enhancement Requests and Escalations during the project.Communicate with the required internal departments regularly and effectively to deliver on our promise to customers.Monitor and manage receivables based on finance reports, escalating with the Customer's counterparts if required, and ensure commit to resolving the payment issues within reasonable time.**Customer Success **In some specific clients a PM may be assigned on a full or part time basis to support the client as per the agreed contract, in these cases the PM will have added responsibilities similar to the Customer Success Manager.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in retail or e-commerce environments.- Proven experience in managing projects that leverage AI and advanced technologies for retail digitisation.- Strong understanding of retail operations and e-commerce platforms.- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.G., Agile, Scrum, PMP).- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.**Preferred Skills**:- Experience with AI technologies, such as machine learning, computer vision, and data analytics.- Familiarity with digital transformation strategies and technologies in retail and e-commerce
