Project Manager

BEPC has a Ciudad Juárez area **OPEN POSITION** for **Project Manager** to join our fast-growing team of consultants!

This role will be working on the shop floor to define the impact of the variant part and components, directly working with associates, group leaders and supervisors. Responsible for Assessments, Process validations, Software validations, Database updates, MFG related ECO's (PI, MOP's, SOP).

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Experienced engineer with more than 4+ years focused to provide highly valuable and practical solutions that focus on high-quality product designs with reduced manufacturing costs.
- Medical device experience.
- Senior Process Development / Project lead.
- Developing tooling and manufac¬turing processes, by studying product requirements; researching, designing.
- Medical device production lines transfers.
- Test and equipment validation to ensure compatibility with the product and process method, providing efficientness, as well as cost-ef¬fectiveness; missioning company priorities and end-users needs.
- Automotive experience with Delphi Automotive Systems.
- CAD: AutoCAD, CATIA, INVENTOR, NX UNIGRAPHICS, SOLIDWORKS. CAE: ABAQUS, ANSYS, MATHLAB, MINITAB.
- CAM: CAMworks, CADCAM, masterCAM, CNC, Fusion360.
- MS Office: WORD, EXCEL, PPT, TEAMS, VISIO, PROJECT, OUTLOOK.
- Regulatory: FDA, ISO, GMP, TPS, DOT, ASME.
- Platforms: PLM, PDM, EDM, SAP/BOM, UNIX, HMI, PLC.

**BASIC qualifications**:

- BE/BS bachelor's degree Communication skills
- 4+ years of medical devices experience.
- Strong experience as Designer/Drafter.
- Test methods development and validation
- Advanced English.
- Lean and Six Sigma skills
- Knowledge in FDA
