.We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for our startup in our office in Guadalajara. FlowElevate enables small business owners to experience peace of mind and productivity. We need a Project Manager to help us launch our initial phase of business operations and build out our initial operating systems.**We Are Looking For Someone Who Has**- Experience problem-solving within a fast-paced and changing work environment- Solid knowledge of the tools and elements of project management.- Ability to make data-driven decisions, and to work with a team using technical knowledge and excellent people skills to make an impact.- Ability to interact with business founders, clients and team members.- Excellent process improvement, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills, with attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability and ownership for project success.- Experience with hiring and leading teams, including distributed teams and vendors.- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.- Experience in tools such as ClickUp (preferred), Asana, and Monday.**Project Manager Responsibilities include**:- Translating the ideas and vision of the business founders into reality- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budget- Manage and grow a team of Executive Assistants who serve our clients.- Manage multiple interdependent projects that support the business operations and client relationships- Build positive, trusting relationships through consistent on-time delivery of commitments and effective communication.- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budget- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring- Ensure resource availability and allocation- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques- Report and escalate to management as needed- Perform risk management to minimize project risks- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation**What You'll Get**- Paid bi-weekly- Paid time off for all national holidays- Paid time off for sick and mental health days- 3 weeks paid vacation after one year of employment- Hybrid work schedule after 90 days- Beautiful coworking space located in Country Club- New laptopWe are a fully distributed team with team members across the globe.
