Project Manager

**DESCRIPTION**:We at Gila Software are hiring a Project Manager to guide, coordinate, and support the work of cross-functional teams, and ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. We are looking for an individual who can effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and project team members.**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**- Project scoping, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery.- Mentor and coach team members on agile methodologies and best practices- Monitor and control project progress to identify and manage risks.- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and clients regularly- Creating reports of: Progress Development, Planning, Quality, Testing, Resources, Post-Mortems, and Meetings.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in advanced English- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello is a plus- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Lunes a viernes
