We are dedicated to helping Higher Ed thrive by transforming their institutions to agile, digitally connected campuses that enable student success.About the Opportunity: The Technology Program Management & Service Operations team is hiring a Project Manager for our Solution Launch team to partner with Product Management, R&D, and business unit stakeholders across Ellucian to manage projects in our portfolio.
This role focuses on managing the process of getting Ellucian products and capabilities to market as well as other key projects as identified.
**Where you will make an impact**- Facilitate delivery of projects by ensuring the team drives commitments to completion on time and with quality.- Manage communication within and across projects, ensuring transparency and buy in on key decisions.- Ensure initiatives are managed to deliver expected outcomes.- Acts with a sense of urgency, high level of quality, and a strong attention to detail.- Partner with stakeholders across the business to build positive relationships and outcomes.- Provide feedback to the TPM&SO leadership team on opportunities for process improvement, gap remediation and ways to accelerate the process.- Accomplishes project goals within a matrix-management environment.
**What you will bring**- 5-7 years of experience in project management- Experience in technical and operational cooperation and integration with other company business units.- Results driven, collaborative individual with exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication and negotiation skills.- Solid project management skills to keep track of significant interdependencies in a complex project and ensure the ultimate timeline and business goals are achieved.- Well-developed analytical skills to uncover insights and make recommendations for action.- Comfortable presenting status and running meetings with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Must be organized, detail oriented, and can demonstrate resourcefulness and perseverance.- Experience working in global teams (geographically distributed team working in different time zones).- Good knowledge and experience in Agile development.
