Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Finance Project Manager to join our Inclusive Collection Business Unit. In this role, you will lead finance-related projects, focusing on optimizing financial processes and supporting the implementation of financial systems across the LAC region.

The Role Essential Functions: Act as the focal point for finance-related projects, overseeing end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery.Collaborate with senior leadership and finance stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.Identify opportunities to enhance existing financial processes.Partner with finance teams to implement process improvements and best practices.Monitor and assess the impact of process changes.Lead the implementation and optimization of financial systems.Manage user training and ongoing support.Partner with hotel opening teams to support financial setup.Train and develop Directors of Finance for new hotel openings.Assist new hotels with preparing pre-opening budgets.Present a final installation report to the respective Director of Finance and General Manager.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.Effective communicator, able to convey guiding principles and project objectives.Encourage a culture of creativity and recognition.Uphold and reinforce Hyatt's Values and Culture Characteristics.QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years of experience leading finance projects.Experience in hotel operations a strong plus.Strong understanding of finance functions, processes, and systems.Experience with system implementation and financial system optimization is highly desirable.Excellent project management skills.The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing.
