We have international presence in countries such as: Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Perú, Panamá, Brazil, USA, México.**Why work with us?**It is a fantastic opportunity to join the another family and be part of an innovative team that breaks communication schemes.**WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:**PROJECT MANAGER (Freelance)****Requirements**:- At least 3 years of experience in similar positions or digital/communication agencies having as main responsibilities:Campaigns and 360° communication projects: digital, PR, creative, influencer marketing, experiential marketing and events.- Experience with methodologies such as PMI, PMO, Scrum or similar.- SOW Control- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams.- Advanced english level (C1) *Must- Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, business, industrial engineering or similar.**Activities**:- Planning of assigned projects, preparation of documentation (SOW and timesheet)- Implementing the strategy for the execution, assigning teams, structure and processes.- Follow up on the projects, guaranteeing the correct use of the resources and the cost effectiveness.- Responsible for the development of projects in time, establishing processes and detecting possible incidents.- Job distributions within the assigned team- Deliver performance reports and documentation of the follow up of the activities.- Evaluate the ending of the project**Skills**Leadership and Team managementEffective communicationProblem solvingAnalysis capabilityEmpathicGoal orientedAt Another Group we respect and celebrate diversity.
