.Your tasks- Research internal and external I4.0 efforts, take advantage of existing I4.0 developments, coordinate and join efforts with other Business Areas and Plants.- Support and drive Plants to implement Advanced Automation and MES standards at Shop floor.- Coordinate and support adoption of I4.0 related technologies and solutions, helping to share best practices between different A. N. Plants and I4.0 Teams.- Support digitalization efforts related to Plant, Line and Process Simulations.- Support and drive plants to implement standard Cobots and aAGVs at shop floor.- Support Improvement Projects to all A.N. Product worldwide.- Part of A.N. operations organization. (Central A AN Industrial Engineering North America)- Lead Projects to Support to green field, brown field or improve low performance plants.- We estimate over 1 Million Euros saving / cost avoidance / year / PM**Profile**:- Degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics or Computer Sciences- +5 years of experience in equipment definition and construction- Strong knowledge/ proven experience on automation SW and PLC Programming- Industry Standards- equipment communications protocols (TCPIP, Field bus, MOD bus, CFX, etc.)- Experience and Knowledge related to I4.0 Technologies:- Robots and robot programming (required)- aAGVs (required)- Familiarity with Big Data, cloud computing databases and technologies (Optional)- Simulations (Plant Simulation, Line Simulation, Process Simulation, Digital Twin) (preferred)- STD Smart Machine Station Dashboard provided to key people in Plants- Being part of at least 2 new product industrialization projects as NPL (New Product Launch Manager) or EPM (Equipment Project Manager)- 5 years coordinating team of technicians or participation in 2 new products industrialization- Experienced in cooperating with peers on different countries to implement new products industrialization- Project Management, FMEA, International NetworkingMain Position Tasks / Responsibilities:- Collaborate with MES responsibles to improve performance and response time between robots / automated equipment and MES- Improve Production Equipment Performance utilizing Big Data and AI- Give trainings on equipment operation and maintenance- Setup and maintain network with internal & external partners- Support Plants to identify resources needed for local implementations and their required timing- Support to deploy and steer implementation of new Standards defined by A.N. and A.M
