This includes the day-to-day instruction, strategic direction, and/or organizational initiatives pertaining to the technical project or program. Functions performed include defining goals/deadlines, tracking budget constraints, maintaining support documentation and responding to contingencies during the technical cycle of events.**Primary Purpose and Goal**:As a Project Manager, you'll be expected to support several projects across multiple Audit Technologies Portfolios. Project Managers are expected to ensure that their projects deliver on the required outputs detailed in their Project Charters, within the specified time and financial constraints. There is a strong focus on financial management, coordination of delivery team resources, and closely monitoring and maintaining detailed project plans. It is expected that status reporting, issue and risk management is undertaken on a timely basis and adheres the reporting cycles within their individual portfolios and executive reporting mandated by the Audit Technology PMO team.Project Managers will be expected to follow the in-house project lifecycle from inception to completion using standard project lifecycle practices and artifacts.The work hours should overlap with US until 12 PM EST (applicable to offshore resources only)**Responsibilities and Tasks**- Ensure project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.- Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.- Develop detailed project schedule to track progress.- Lead and direct projects through the Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) inclusive of Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, and Close Phases- Conduct project meetings with key stakeholders and capture actions items for follow up.- Manage changes in project scope, schedule and budget and follow a formal CR process.- Ensure project governance and escalation paths are clearly defined and followed.- Report and escalate issues / risks to management as needed. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the client and stakeholders. Establish good working relationships with Product and Portfolio owners and ensure status alignment
