We are currently looking for a Project Manager with proven experience and/or certifications in project management who has experience in RGM projects, CPG, or Retail industry.
This key role will oversee a cross-functional team, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our Axented client base, while fostering strong and long-lasting client relationships.
While not mandatory, experience working in a technology or SaaS environment or consulting firm is a plus.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution 3+ years of experience working as an account or project manager Proven experience in RGM projects, CPG, or Retail industry Plus: 2+ years of experience working in a technology or Saas environment or consulting firm Strong relationship building and influencing skills Ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a global team Strong strategic selling skills and business acumen Strong Project management skills Demonstrate the ability to cope with a complex and changing environment The ability to multitask, prioritize, and balance time across multiple accounts and internal initiatives on a daily basis while maintaining profound attention to detail Ability to meet timelines in project plans and lead the team to produce high-quality deliverables Technical aptitude and proficiency with web-based applications, such a G-suite, Slack, Asana, and/or other PM tools (Trello, MS Project, Monday, etc) Fluent English Responsibilities The person in this role is in charge of the onboarding process for new clients (time planning, coordination of meetings for alignment and data transfer, initial training, start of activities).
Follow-up on requests for new developments in the tool (internal feasibility reviews, time planning).
Coordinates and prioritizes activities and times for inclusion in each iteration with the engineering team.
Participates in the definition of new developments to add value to the SaaS tool, as well as monitors and resolves problems in ongoing projects.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor, track and report progress.
Research, analyze, and diagnose customer issues and requests; escalate issues when needed and keep customers informed of progress Prepare and distribute weekly progress reports Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work Maintains and grows relationships between the company and clients; works closely with other internal departments to ensure client satisfaction on all levels.
Works across multiple teams to ensure resource availability and allocation.
Successfully manage the relationship with the client, both internal and external, and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
