About the job- Lead and coordinate engineering project activities from the scheduling, execution, and delivery, including building modifications, procurement, and installation of new equipment and utilities.- Coordinate a multi-disciplinary team including Quality, Regulatory, HSE, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, local Engineering and Maintenance, and Manfacturing and supply CHC global affairs.- Project estimated CAPEX 43 M€.- Manage budget execution and generate progress reports for local, regional, and global stakeholders and some external stakeholders.Main responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of the plan and programs to meet the Project goals and priorities.- Monitor & control project schedules, budgets, risks, and issues while ensuring project deliverables and meet requirements.- Working cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes. This includes interactions with colleagues from Industrial Affairs and suppliers- Foster and manage productive relationships with executive-level sponsors.- Lead and maintain project governance to maintain project control, define the project implementation strategy, and keep informed key audiences about project status.- Support his team in the creation of project proposals and expected impacts (CAPEX).- Involve key users and team members in the different stages of the project.- Monitoring, control, and administration of the progress of the activities assigned within the project.- Lead and coach a team of project engineers, to ensure a high performance results of the team3. About you- Experience:- Experience managing projects up to 43 million euros.- Preferably pharmaceutical background managing engineering projects.- Preferably postgraduate degree on Project management.- Skills:- Strong transversal cooperation, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project.- Advanced knowledge of American, ISO and European symbology.- Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.- Ability to work under pressure; meet strict time deadlines.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Education:- Bachelor's degree preferably Electromechanical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering.- Agile methodology certification- Languages: English and Spanish advanced level.Pursue progress, discover extraordinaryBetter is out there.
