The Risk Mitigation and Growth Project Manager is a procurement leader responsible to develop, sell and execute Risk Mitigation and Growth programs in a cross-functional environment aligned to the North America region strategy.Initiatives include transfer of suppliers, supply base optimization, quality & value engineering changes and supply risk mitigation among others.This position is also co-responsible to build and support a solid pipeline of projects through new ideas development, as well as, to coach, disrupt and lead the procurement organization in the project & program management best practices.Responsibilities of the Project Management role: · Correct prioritization (coverage, revenue impact, risk assessment, backorder value) · Maintain full involvement of all stakeholders and plants potentially impacted.· Implementation of Agile mindset/frameworks for program & project planning.· To lead activities and workshops that transform programs into rapid execution.· To maintain proper follow up of project deliverables and program strategy · Show compliance with communication plans with all stakeholders.· Effective communication and proper escalation of projects progress, clear escalations, and help need, challenge scope, show compliance with internal process and with business stakeholders.· Implementation of formal communication plans Qualifications We know skills and competencies show up in many ways and can be based on your life experience.If you do not necessarily meet all the requirements that are listed, we still encourage you to apply for the position This job might be for you if you fit the following: Required Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business - Bilingual in English/Spanish – business proficient (written and oral) - +5 years proven experience working in Project Management - Mandatory experience in stamping commodity - Previous experience working in Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing or Supply Chain areas - Proactive, dynamic, self-driven, able to achieve results via Influence and great communications skills - Seeks solutions beyond his/her own frame of reference - Availability to travel Internationally (Valid Passport and USA Visa) - PMP Training & Waterfall Methodology - preferred - Knowledge of Agile and its frameworks, especially Scrum - Previous experience leading large programs, managing budgets, project management teams and leadership expectations Schedule: Full-time Req: WKV
