We are currently seeking a full time Project Manager in Training, who can speak both Chinese Mandarin, English, and Spanish.The position will begin remotely, and require domestic and international air travel.Job tasks include translation between our US/European business and our staff in China. Attending meetings and Conference calls. Helping with recruiting and training. Project Management during on-site installations and translation Chinese/English during installation projects. High level of availability, and capability. Must be able to work hard, and be prepared for fast promotion and more responsibility if the right person considers this position.Need someone who is incredibly resourceful, fast learner, and motivated. Must have a VERY flexible schedule.MANDATORY: Must be able to attend at minimum, 1 on-site project per year, which requires 45-55 days away from home. If you are unable to work on-site for that duration of time, that would be immediate disqualification.TRAINING PROGRAM: You will undergo observation, education, reading/writing/speaking exercises; and you will be workingdirectly with the executive staff in order to fast track these skills for development.
