We are reinforcing our team in the area of New Programs for Div C in North America to be located at our plant at El Salto Jalisco
Responsabilities: Oversee and manage Customer Program using ZF standard Program Management methods including APQP/GDPEP.Ensure successful launch of Programs with various complexities, leading (interdisciplinary) project teams and guaranteeing their effectivenessActing as a link between customer, supplier, partners and departmentAccountable reaching of Cost, Quality, Timing, Spec-Targets in shared responsibility with functional leadsElaborate a project plan in alignment with the project goals and perform cross-departmental planning for all functions involvedManaging risks, resolving problems / issues and managing baseline changes,Manage difficult and challenging situations with customer and inter-company departments.Manage communication and stakeholder as well as reporting & escalating to decision makers Requirements: Degree in engineering or business related with several years of professional experience in project management, project management certification will be an advantage+3 years of experience as a Program Manager.Ability to lead and motivate othersPM Leadership experience in commercial vehicle or automotive industryKnowledge of project-planning toolsExpertise in setting and managing customer expectations and interacting with (senior) leadershipKnowledge and understanding of business needsAbility to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence; also to develop and execute a project & resource plan, incl. baseline change managementWhat We Offer: *Global work environment
