**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and plan all aspects of purchasing from pre-bid to closeout.
- Represent company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers, subcontractors and professional service providers.
- Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying and/or estimating materials, equipment, subcontract and professional services.
- Responsible for projections, financial planning, expediting, delivery schedules and project purchasing reporting.
- Oversee the development and review of all procurement analytics, reporting and deliverables.
- Implement and oversee project mobilization activities including office set-up, site general arrangement, etc.
- Oversee project support such as site security, recycling, temporary fencing, jobsite signage, dumpsters, trailer set up, etc.
- Work with the material management department to ensure proper material receiving and control.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, engineering, supply chain management, or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing EPC projects in the construction industry or experience as a Project Procurement Manager in the Oil, Gas & Chemicals business with a proven track record of successfully executed projects.
- Knowledge of equipment and materials common in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) with general knowledge of database utilization, SAP experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, flexible and highly motivated with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
- Team player with the ability to also work independently to meet fixed deadlines, goals and objectives.
- Fluency in English and/or Spanish required
- Willingness to travel to project sites, potential international travel.
