.**Purpose**:Establish the bridge between NMI & production for all quality related activities to make sure the final products meet all customer requirements, and that all customer related requests are addressed.**Responsibilities**:**1.0 NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH**1.1 Participates with PQE in the development of Flow Chart, PFMEA, Control Plan and new Quality Risk Analysis (see RASIC NMI MASTER BOOK).1.2 Deploy the Customer Acceptance Criterion in terms of Specified Standards and Inspect Method leveled to customer's criteria and train the operators.1.2 Supports the definition of limit samples together with the project team for new products1.3 Participates with the project team in the poka-yoke definition for the new products,1.4 To perform audit in the steps of stages gates (NPA Status).1.5 Contributes to, or, leads the initial sample PPAP submission and Customer run at rate with the Plant Production manager.1.7 Lead and upload the IMDS process on system.1.8 Make the sample report (each delivery)1.9 Manage the lessons learned in the project.1.10 Ensure that project management is following in the Elysium system1.11 Ensure the Handover Process.1.12 Visits the Customer to establish a long term relationship.**2.0 PROCESS CONTROL**2.1 Deploy Control Plan and SR in the production (Control Plan Adherence until 3 Months after Handover)2.2 Check/ Audit that the controls are rigorously respected and escalate in event of non-compliance (Control Plan Adherence until 3 Months after Handover)2.3 Updates and follows up the quality production indicators (Control Plan Adherence until 3 Months after Handover)2.4 Participates in the daily area production scrap reviews (Control Plan Adherence until 3 Months after Handover).2.5 Check/ Audit that every poka yoke in place is tested by the production team at the start of every shift (Control Plan Adherence until 3 Months after Handover)2.6 Participates in regular part rejections analysis with the customer for 0km and Warranty.**3.0 QUALITY PROBLEM SOLVING**3.3 According to the customer requirements or depending on the quality results, sets-up a quality wall, manages (organizes and trains) the quality wall quality inspectors (also third party)3.4 Ensure the effctiveness of the corrective & preventive actions while monitoring the product quality improvement.3.5 Contributes to installing preventive actions to avoid internal and customer issues.**4.0 PEOPLE MANAGEMENT**4.1 Manages the day to day activities of the Quality Ambassador until Handover.**Requirements**:- Degree in Engineering or Technical studies.- Min 2 years of experience in similar position and functions in the area of Quality in automotive companies, ideally in glass industry.- Good English language skills (spoken and written).- Customer specific requirements for project concerned.- Good knowledge: IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, and all APQP deliverables.- Problem solving skills.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,000.00 - $40,000
