**Bachelor**: Bachelor of Science in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace/Aeronautical.
**Experience**:
- **2+ years of experience in the area**:
- **English level Advanced**:
- Experience/ Knowledge using advanced **problem-solving tools (Kepner-Tregoe, Shainin Red X, Design of Experiments, etc.)**:
- Desirable experience using SAQ (sustentability suppliers evaluation)
- Ability to **collect and synthesize data** into meaningful information.
- Experience and working **knowledge of computer systems and software.**:
- The Engineer must have a proven track record of developing and executing standardization. Experience with having cross-functional responsibilities in a lean organization.
- Previous experience managing Engineering Changes.

**General Activities**:
The Project Quality Specialist is responsible for developing and executing standardization of manufacturing quality enablers. Must be a creative problem solver, proactive and steadfast in the identification and resolution vehicle quality.
The Engineer will have experience in managing cross-functionally and possess a broad knowledge of the entire automotive engineering, manufacturing and quality landscape and present outstanding teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Recommending and **implement cost-effective permanent corrective actions.**
- **Analyze quality data** from internal and external indicators.
- Manage engineering changes working with a cross-functional team to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure the delivery of third-party quality metrics.
- **Plan, prioritize, set goals and manage** multiple projects in a technical and business environment.
**- Represent the Voice of the Customer** to the platform teams and contribute or drive team success by clarifying expectation and minimizing political hurdles.
- **Audit** of vehicle assembly plants.
