.Early Professional**Project Scheduler****LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU****Your profile**- Minimum of 5 years' scheduling experience in engineering andor construction project management with full project life cycle ownershipwithin substation construction.- Knowledge of EPC project delivery methods including expertworking knowledge and understanding of all project management control systems(scheduling, estimating, cost control, procurement and business development)with knowledge of high voltage substations.- Must have the ability to utilize latest Primavera schedulingsoftware at an expert level.- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solvingenvironment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.- Strong ability to communicate with various team members suchas project managers, site superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, andprocurement to ensure accurate data is being entered into the project schedule.- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail,multi-tasking skills, advanced time management and analytical skills.- Self-motivated, decisive, and adaptable with the ability tomotivate and build strong working relationships in cross-functional projectteams to develop technical solutions is a must.**Your responsibilities**- Create, maintain, and present all project primaveraschedules.- Consistently work with various project team members, subcontractors,and clients to ensure schedules are accurate and properly maintained.- Promote a culture where schedules are not just pictures,they are effective tools to manage EPC work.- Understand the schedule logic and the supporting reasoningbehind it.- Act as a project teams reviewer and work to help the teamidentify and rectify forgotten activity errors in logic.- Perform detailed time impact analysis in coordinate withproject manager.- Assist is supporting schedule information and narrative forofficial correspondence and change order management.- Ensure delay and change orders are accurate inserted andmaintained in schedule.- Generate monthly schedule reporting metrics as required.- Communicate, coordinate and manage cross-organizationaldepartments (sales, procurement, engineering, construction, commissioning) tocomplete schedule as needed.- Review project contract for milestones and ensure they are activitieswithin the schedule.- Document project events that impact the schedule, scope ofwork, and project efficiency.**Your opportunities for personal growth**- Siemens Energy Grid Stabilization group is growing rapidly,opening many opportunities for career advancement.- Working atmosphere that is open to individual innovationsand changes to help improve the overall operating function of the team.- Great networking opportunity with various engineering groupsinside and outside Siemens energy using leadership and collaboration models toresolve technical problems
