**Job Profile**:
Responsible for providing proofreading services for the Creative department. Serve as a backup as needed to the editorial services staff. Will work as a team member and liaison between multiple divisions including but not limited to Account Services, Project Management, Scientific Poster teams, Traffic Management, Digital team, and Creative Services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proofread copy against original for in-house Creative Services, including but not limited to, newsletters, brochures, scientific posters, flashcards, PVPs, websites, symposium materials etc. as well as on-line materials.
- Review proofs for coherence, accuracy and overall aesthetic appeal.
- Perform word for word reviews of manuscripts against the final design files.
- Perform basic administrative tasks as needed for the department and Manager or others as directed.
- Cover for traffic when they are out of the office, move jobs through the digital routing system to staff in the creative team.
- Uses the time reporting system reporting system in the digital routing system to record all hours on a weekly basis.
- Work closely with the other departments when issues arise in pieces that are being reviewed.
- This role has an opportunity to grow and potentially take on more independent editing and reviewing experience against key protocols and clinical information.
