As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Oversees the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests.
- Rent Board Compliance.
- Annual Registration of Units.
- Vendor Insurance.
- Warranty Registration and Repair.
- Work Order Management: respond to work orders within 24 hours and coordinate with follow-up and varication of completion.
- Building Matrixes.
- New Property Transitions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Schedule:_
Monday - Friday, 11:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m. (Mexico time).
Daylight saving: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Mexico time).

**Requirements**:
- Around 2 to 3 years of experience managing tickets or work orders (follow-up and closure).
- Feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.
- Experience dealing with maintenance tickets is a plus.
