**About our client**:
A company with over 40 years of experience providing remarkable community association and apartment management, including services such as HOA management, portfolio management, real estate development, and construction project management.
- We are looking for a_**_ Property Association Manager _**_to support the following activities. _
- Act as an HOA's main point of contact for each association's board of directors.
- Attend and facilitate regular, special, annual, and emergency board meetings and executive sessions
- Process elections, special assessments, or other secret ballot votes.
- Annual financial review, policy and budget disclosures, and insurance renewals
- Recurring building system inspection and maintenance.
- Ensure the association's governing documents and policies are up-to-date and make recommendations for changes to boards as necessary
- Review and approve associations' financials and invoices on a weekly basis and monthly basis
- Manage delinquencies, directing the accounting team to reach out to delinquent units when necessary and escalating delinquent accounts to board and collections workflow if necessary
- Provide guidance and direction to support staff on maintenance and repair-related items for each association
- Manage building projects or oversee projects while delegating to the project manager
- Review and re-negotiate contacts with vendors as necessary to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service
**WORK SCHEDULE**:
- Monday to Friday. _
- Regular Schedule: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST MX
- Daylight saving in the USA: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST MX
**THIS POSITION IS REMOTE. YOU CAN APPLY FROM MEXICO CITY, JALISCO, OR STATES AROUND THEM (YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN A 6-HOUR DRIVING DISTANCE).**

**Requirements**:
**MUST: Advanced English (Excellent communication skills: written and verbal).**
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Property Manager, Project Manager, or similar position.
- Superior management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Propensity to undertake tasks and projects under their own initiative
