Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe Purchasing Support Analyst supports Production and Non-Production Buyers in NAO, assisting with administrative activities in Purchasing across all Divisions and process improvement, standardized tasks, and KPI reporting for the Purchasing Department.
Key Responsibilities: MDM Bank account updates: account set up, update/change requestMaster Data Management – MDM request, reporting, and data improvementPrice list renewalCreation of orders in FCSBlocked invoices – NRFTPrice modifications in FCS, mandated price monitoringAriba implementation supportUser expertise in IT tools and processes (FCS, SBI, EDI, MDM, GPS, ePPAP, IPPro, EVA, e-Invoice, SIVS)Process Improvement & Tools development supportYour profile and competencies to succeedExperience: Minimum 1 year of experience as PP or IDP Buyer in an industrial environment, accounts payables, or related.
