.**Purchase to Pay (PtP) Specialist****Purpose of the role**Ensuring quality Purchase to Pay service delivery to entities in the Americas supported by the Regional Center of Excellence while continuously improving the processes and tools to ensure further efficiencies.**Core responsibilities / expectations**- Ensure the delivery of quality Purchase to Pay (PtP) services to the entities in the Americas in line with Service Level Agreements and the Epiroc Way as well as business requirements- Perform day to day activities like:- Payments- Account reconciliations- Matching of invoices with Purchase orders- Error corrections- Monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs)- Coach and guide junior members of the team to ensure that they learn and develop- Support the implementation of improvements to processes and tools in PtP- Continuously improve processes and ways of working, while using digitalization and Robotic Process Automation as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies- Participate in projects for the PtP Regional Center of Excellence Team- Contribute to an excellent communication flow with stakeholders in the Region and relevant parts of the Global organization- Coach and guide junior members of the team to ensure that they learn and develop- Ensure agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to within the team**Reporting line**- Purchase to Pay Manager, located in Mexico City**Requirements**:**Knowledge and experience**- Relevant University degree completed- Experience of the Accounts Payable (AP) process in a multinational company is a strong plus- 3-5 years' experience in working in a PtP team in a multinational Shared Service organization will be an advantage- Good command of English and Spanish is a must.- Proven ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint- Knowledge of ERP systems like Infor M3 will be an advantage**Personality**- People management potential: good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all company departments, with other Group colleagues and with third parties- Ability to create and run good relationship within the company and with external stakeholders- Good organizational and analytical skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines- Strong continuous improvement mindset- Positive attitude, analytical approach with good problem-solving skills- Ability to plan work effectively- Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details- Team player, enthusiastic, innovative and pro-active with good organizing and time management skills**United.
