So what does a Public Relations (PR) Specialist really do?
Think of yourself as someone who will be the point person for TaskUs's external communications and PR relations.
Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you must strengthen TaskUs's external brand presence through Public and Media Relations.
As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it comes down to one thing: that as part of TaskUs, you are expected to make sure to keep in mind the company's branding, maintain our positive company image, and to make sure other people continuously know of Us.
As a PR Specialist, you will:
- Generate press releases and brand spiels for external consumption;
- Contribute to the conceptualization and implementation of public relations campaigns;
- Manage relationships between third-party media or Public Relations parties and internal resource persons for press releases, speaking engagements, and/or interviews;
- Monitor media mileage and prepare PR reports; and
- Assist in crisis management planning and execution.
So, do you have what it takes to become a PR Specialist?
**Requirements**:
- Skills in PR, creative, and news writing
- Experience working in a PR or media agency
- A college graduate with excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience working for a BPO or global company is not required, but is a plus!
