By becoming part of our united powerful team, you too can drive this change no matter your role.**What is the job about?**- Support to convert Purchase request to Purchase order, coming from QP/ SAP SRM- Handle order confirmations- Follow up on orders, using ZDMOPD/ME2N ( delivery time, partial delivery, missing materials etc)- Handle Vendor Invoice management- Continuously gain and improve his/her knowledge in Quick Procurement process- Support indirect daily ordering process in general, answering for questions coming from end users/ requestors locally- Create and maintain Framework orders, share and communicate them towards end users and suppliers in their own area- The Purchasing Analyst need to be clear with all Purchasing related processes and principles in place and capable to use them, such as local DOA rules etc.- All other process related tasks and activities what are requested by the line manager**What do you need to apply?**- Experience with indirect and direct sourcing and/or operational procurement activities- Understanding the order flow and related procurement processes- Solid Procurement system knowledge- Fluent English
