We're actively looking for a Python Developer/ Back-end senior to join our engineering team in Mexico. As a senior developer, you will work to develop great experiences in an open-source model.**Main activities**:As**a Senior Software Engineer**, you will work alongside cross functional teams of product engineers, scientists and designers to bring the latest machine learning innovations into production.- Built and maintained significant infrastructure components in AWS, the more the better.- Interface with other engineering groups to integrate with third-party APIs and service layers- Architect and build horizontally scalable microservices to ingest, analyze, and understand large volumes of data.- Design an information retrieval architecture to analyze and conduct search on documents and graphs- Develop APIs for user interaction and third-party integrations- Pick up new technologies and ship production level code.- Data ingestion and processing systems at scale- Work with real-time and distributed systems**Bonus points**:- Work experience in AI/ML focused companies.- Hands-on DevOps experience with cloud infrastructure- Experience with any of this technologies: ElasticSearch, Redis, Postgres, Kafka and Kubernetes**Must have skills**:- 3 or more years of experience with Python- Experience with infra as code, particularly any of terraform, pulumi, AWS CDK- English: Conversational**More technical details about the project will be given during the interview.We're an equal opportunity employer.
