**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering- 5+ years' relevant work experience in QA, preferably in Automotive Industries- Experience in IMS- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail- English Advance- Experience required in a leadership role for Quality- Experience on Cost Reduction programs.- Related experience and knowledge on ISO9000.- Analysis of problems by defined methodologies and establishment of corrective actions- Knowledge of SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan, IPC 610 & Quality Standards, continuous improvement techniques: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma**Responsibilities**- Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards- Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action- Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations- Managing and Ensuring that the Projects comply with the requirements of audits and quality systems that apply.- Maintaining the information and documentation necessary to comply with the processes of the certifications.- Elaboration of quality reports to client.
