You will also be responsible for conducting research, performing routine calculations, general ledger reviews to identify discrepancies and opportunities and communicate these accordingly.We are looking for a highly motivated, polished, well organized self-starter with an engaging personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can learn and adapt quickly.**What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)**- Test outstanding Jira tasks (new development and bug fixes) that are ready to be tested before being released into production environment.- Test recently released tasks to ensure they are working properly in production environment.- Test for a variety of needs; product interface, primary product logic, peripheral product logic, integration/API logic.- Review and update acceptance testing requirements on tasks as needed.- Ensure software release notes are complete and understandable.- Stress test production environment to proactively find bugs/issues and write up Jira tasks for any issues found.- Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience and write up new development tasks as needed.- Review and Update Knowledgebase articles as features are fixed/updated- Assists with Support teams as needed- Additional duties as assigned**What We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications)**- 2 + years of experience in software and/or IT industry.- Tech Savvy with a thirst to learn.- Product/Integrations QA- Ability to convey complex technical material in a simple, understanding manner.- Customer service experience
