Today, we're driving the energy transition with more than 30,000 of the brightest minds across 54 countries.Here, what you do matters.**Job Overview**:The QHSES Training Tech provides solutions to problems in the QHSES Training discipline without supervisory approval and will evaluate and select solutions from established operating procedures and scientific procedures.**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:- Complete the Trainer Development Program and be deemed competent by an SME to train/assess QHSES training- Complete assigned 'Train the Trainer' QHSES courses- Deliver and facilitate assigned QHSES training courses and assess delegates on required criteria during the course- Assist QHSES Training Manager with the curriculum design, development, and implementation- Develop and maintain QHSES training equipment maintenance plans- Review course evaluations with the QHSES Training Manager as required- Assist the QHSES Training Manager with the evaluation of training proposals from selected external providers- Verify that the equipment and lighting, furniture, projectors, and sound system are working properly to facilitate the learning experience- Prepare and conduct risk assessments when practical/hands-on demonstration and assessment are needed- Execute internal and external audits as required- Demonstrate the behaviors of the "Code of Conduct Trainers" at all times**Essential Qualifications and Education**:- Degree or related discipline with equivalent work experience- At least three (3) years of experience in dedicated training and teaching capacity- Ability to work cooperatively with others to obtain required information, assess needs and effectively transfer knowledge- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Database usage required- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting- Knowledge of training techniques and adult learning- Must demonstrate good written and oral communication skillsLI-RM1
