.**Essential Job Functions**:- Review relevant customer specifications provided by Project Management. Utilize JAMA software when required. Prepare comments, as necessary, that offer alternative proposals to drive customers to standard Fisher manufacturing processes.- Assist in resolving questions and comments generated by Manufacturing and customers regarding procedures, quality assurance practices, materials testing, code compliance and other related areas.- Select the vital manufacturing procedures for projects that require customer submittal. Assist in resolving comments to any customer comments regarding these procedures. Also applies to any customer approved Quality Plans.- Support Project Manager (PM) and Impact Partner in communication and negotiation of specification comments and exceptions for Engineering Purchasing Contractor (EPC) and End User customers.- Prepare Quality Plans as necessary with- Review bill of materials (BOM) and local product structure to ensure proper documentation is applied correctly. Report any CSP coding anomalies for resolution.- Use tools like Oracle, Jama and EDOCS to maintain current information on CSP order status and the releasing of items and documents to manufacturing.- Research and review documentation to determine requirements for CSP, Large Special Contracts (LSC), and Nuclear replacement parts orders. This documentation includes the old Marshalltown special handling systems (LSC, SHS, NHS), North Stonington drawings, Coraopolis serials, Design Specifications, etc.- Help with the day-to-day operation of processing CSP orders.- Coordinate with various teams to address challenges and maintain clear communication throughout the process.- Work alongside team members to evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Implement new processes to enhance workflow efficiency and effectiveness.- Seek opportunities to improve speed and reduce manual effort through automation projects.Continuously focus on delivering exceptional results while meeting or exceeding customer expectations
