Work, train and learn with a growing team with over 300 people based in Portugal, the US, Germany, Brazil, Mexico, Chile and China, who are transforming the business of retailers across the globe.We are currently seeking for Quality Assurance Manager to join our growing delivery team in Portugal/Brazil.What we are offering:The opportunity to join a growing company with people passionate about their work in an international environment; The opportunityto work with best-in-breed methodologies, tools and techniques; Training and Mentoring/Talent Development programs; Full package ofSalary, perks and benefits (Health Insurance, mobile allowance and others); Career Evolution; Flexible working hours; Extra days off;Wellbeing program; Partnerships with local businesses.What you'll be doing:Participate and lead internal initiatives to enrich the current internal QA methodology with tools and techniques, such as:New trends in Automation Testing; Continuous Testing and Shift-Left Approach; AI and Machine Learning Testing; User-centric Testing; Participate as Test Manager/Coordinator in the implementation of comprehensive end-to-end Oracle Retail solutions, as cornerstones of large transformation programs in Retailers, with the following responsibilities:Define Test Strategy and Approach for multi release programs to guarantee software testing of the overall solution; Design test plans considering E2E business process standpoint; Coordinate Entry Criteria, Daily Report, Readiness for Test Phase start, Stakeholders readiness, Issues statuses and Go/No Go Meeting for each test phase under his/her responsibility; Manage System, System Integration, End-to-End and/or User Acceptance test phases according to project plan, managing internal and customer/external teams to attend the test plan defined; Report for internal and customer leadership weekly status for test phases progress, participate on key decisions meetings as QA representative; Coordinate testers to write test cases, follow up the test plan execution.What we are looking for:8-15 years of experience working with IT Quality Assurance considering activities such as Test planning, Tests execution and Test Management; Experience in coordinating Quality Assurance Teams, in the context of IT projects; Experience in using Testing automation tools and strong understanding of its techniques; Proficiency in English
