We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Quality Engineer**, based in **Ciudad Juarez Chihuahua**_ _(E-Systems Division).
As Quality Engineer will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Quality Manager.
**Your tasks will be**:
- Respond to customers in relation to reported quality complaints.
- Main point of contact with clients for specific requirements.
- Monitoring the status of concerns reported by customers until they are closed.
- Coordinate defect analysis and customer response meetings.
- Coordinate the multidisciplinary team for the resolution of quality problems through the different methodologies.
- Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards.
**To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have**
- Education: Bachelor's degree industrial engineering or any related field
- 1 Year on similar positions within the automotive industry of wiring harnesses.
- Core Tools.
- Ms-Office.
- Problem solving skills.
- English advanced level (Bilingual)
