Quality Engineer

Your tasks
- Detains production process if the product quality is at risk
- Drives structured Problem Solving
- Participates in improvement projects in all processes if required
- Statistical analysis of process quality data
- Production process capability studies
- Update quality control plans and defines test frequencies according to PPAP
- Leads and participates in internal audits (system, process and product)
- Follow up on non conformities and audit results
- Creates work instruction and visual aids
- Responsible for Quality specifications and instructions on the shop floor
- Review customer complaints
- Assure that corrective actions are in place
- Implements core tools (FMEA, CP, PPAP, MSA, APQP...)
- Trains new employees in quality topics

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree: Engineering
- Advanced English
- 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Knowledge:

- Core Tools (FMEA, CP, PPAP, MSA, APQP, SPC...)
- Problem solving methodology A3/8D
- ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 internal auditor
- Six Sigma yellow belt or higher (desirable)
- SAP system (desirable)
- Rubber processing (desirable)
