Job responsibilities
Develop a plan and control of the Quality Assurance activities and provide technical assistance, guidance, and service to other departments.
Determining quality improvement factors
Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products, and production equipment
Making sure processes adhere to quality standards
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
Respond to Quality Rejections and perform customer communication.
PPAP process to New Prototypes.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 5 years management experience, preferably in automotive related industry.
English 100%
Basic understanding of O.E.M. quality requirements and their effect on a manufacturing system. Working knowledge of O.E.M. Vendor quality, programs and customers.
Formal training in statistical process control.
Proficiency in Spanish
Knowledge of Organizational Quality Objectives
Strong knowledge of relevant software, quality assurance methods, tools and quality manufacturing processes

Interpersonal skills
