**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Monitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, determined by each department as a result of an audit or some other client problem.
- Coordination with Engineers and Manufacturing supervisors, participate in solving technical problems.
- Prepare reports and analyze trends of non-compliant material, scrap, customer complaints and generate corrective and preventive actions to definitively eliminate the resulting problems.

- Ensures compliance with the procedures, standards and specifications established in the quality management system related to their position.
- Compliance with the safety regulations applicable in the company.
- Performs internal process audits of the departments previously established in the annual program.
- Attend and participate in quality system review meetings.
- Assists in the calibration/verification processes of test equipment.
- Prepares weekly reports of quality results in the areas of their responsibility.
- Participate in continuous product quality improvement programs.
- Participates as an instructor in training programs (technical-practical) for the Quality department staff.
- Participates in the introduction of new products to the plant, to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
- Establish corrective actions as a result of customer complaints.
- Participate in SIX Sigma projects either as a "Green belt" or as a team member.
- Visit external suppliers to evaluate their quality system.

- Maintain performance standards for the operations under your charge, monitoring results and keeping the General Management informed of the status, challenges, achievements and opportunities for improvement.

- Maintain a safe work environment in your department, through the prevention and care of work-related accidents and illnesses among your subordinate personnel, corroborating that the correct personal safety equipment is used.
- Supervise activities of your department, to promote the coordination of projects and responsibilities with the affected departments to maintain control over costs and times.
- Respond to reports or complaints from employees.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Report to Human Resources those employees who do not perform their work satisfactorily, initiating an improvement process and requesting assistance from said department.
