You will drive process initiatives that ensures compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specifications while instilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System, product acceptance and, product quality.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage the day-to-day routine customer issues & complaints on their LOB assigned- Own the investigation process associated with Customer field issues, and improvement on Critical product lines determined by the Site.- Support onsite customer process visits and audits on their LOB assigned- Manages support activities around QA Holds (stop shipments) on Critical product lines determined by the Site.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering- 1 to 2 years of related experience- 1 to 2 years of experience within a manufacturing setting- High English level.
