Quality Engineer Machining

ObjectiveResponsible for acting as the voice of the client within the organization and ensuring compliance with their specific requirements. Ensures that the external quality objectives and client scorecard indicators, as well as the impact they represent for Nemak, are within the target and establishes continuous improvement actions.Main ResponsibilitiesMonitoring of client portals (performance, scorecard, certifications) and management of improvement actions.Attend and respond to client complaints and field returns according to the specified time.Analyze external scrap trends and establish containment and continuous improvement actions.Lead engineering change validations, tool replacement with the client until approval (PPAP submission, customer review and approval).Minimize line stoppages with the client due to quality problems.Ensure deployment of containment for quality problems with the client in less than 24 hours.Attend scheduled client meetings at the established frequency.Lead monthly PFMEA and Control Plan audits.Develop and implement systematic actions for problem prevention and horizontal deployment.Position RequirementsBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related.Internal Auditor and Core Tools are desired.Advanced English.IATF 16949 certification.#J-18808-Ljbffr
