With its products, the company contributes to reducing emissions, protecting the climate as well as enhancing safe mobility.What can you expect as a Plant Quality Engineer:Review and coordinate internal and external audits, follow-up corrective action plans, report status internally and externally.Assure implementation of IATF16949, customer specific and ZF system requirements.Implementation of central Quality tools to promote Quality awareness into the plant.Moderate meetings with external and corporate auditors.Plan, lead and perform internal audits to ensure compliance of Quality System with internal and external requirements.Ensure completion on time of corrective actions derived from non-conformities, opportunities.Systematically analyze trends and results to identify areas of improvement.Report Audit results and Quality System performance to Top Management.Participate in Divisional Audits to other plants as required.Ensure Document process is carried out according to internal/external regulations.Maintain the Quality System documentation up to date.Lead initiatives to improve quality management processes and documentation.Periodically report results to Management, systematically analyze and improve the quality system.Deployment and training in quality system tools such as Layer process audits, product audits, VDA, BIQS, CQIs, etc.Analytical problem solving, team building, and decision-making skills.Standardize best practices in the plant quality management system.Your profile as a Plant Quality Engineer:Bachelor's degree preferably in industrial, electrical or mechanical engineering.Experience in quality standards of the automotive industry such as IATF, BIQ, VDA, COIs, LPAS.Abilities such as problem resolution, decision making, and strong verbal and written communication skills.Certified as an Internal Auditor or external auditor.Software: MS Office, Visio.What we offer:Benefits above the law.Be part of our ZF team as Quality Engineer Management System and apply now!Contact: +52 81 2059 2187What does DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) mean for ZF as a company?At ZF, we continuously strive to build and maintain a culture where inclusiveness is lived and diversity is valued.
