.Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Quality Engineer (Molding).**What you'll do**:**Job Summary**"Support and leadership on Quality, product integrity and continuous improvement processes and systems aimed to achieve customer satisfaction.- Ensure proper implementation and lead of APQP process with our products and manufacturing processes.- Define and lead projects to improve process, products and components received at the Plant Lightning Juarez in order to improve the quality and cost of non-conformance.- Define and lead process improvement projects in order to improve plant's indicators (PPM, Warranty Claims, Fill Rate, On-Time Performance, Yield, and Scrap)."**Responsibilities**:- Responsible to lead work's team in the deployment of Eaton Quality System, Six Sigma Projects at Lightning Plant- Along with the OPEX and Business Improvement Managers, assure identification and implementation of capital projects and cost out related to manufacturing process improvement.- Monitors performance of processes quality and identify root cause and support with the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.- Ensure timely implementation of corrective actions on opportunities identified at the internal assessment or monthly performance operation review.- Lead & develop quality strategy and coordinate cross-functional activities to implement the Eaton Quality system at Lightning plant in order to achieve operational excellence.- Participate and provide support in Quality System.- Support ISO 9001:2015 certification and EQS Policies.- Ensured that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained.- Provide support to Departmental Team.- Performs and leads Warranty Claim and Failure Mode Investigation and Analysis; resolves warranty issues and promptly responds to customer concerns and requirements.- Provides quality performance trend analysis and reports key quality and product integrity metrics.- Provide insight and feedback related to product performance to the Manufacturing Engineering and Product Engineering groups.- Execute 100% of monthly safety inspection, in coordination with the MESH Coordinator.- ISO14001 Certification- Assist to all EHS training assigned.- Promote and promulgate all MESH Process and Policies to all the employees under his/her supervisor and ensure that they are being performed at his/her area / manufacturing line.- Provide all resources needed to ensure that all MESH policies and procedures all performed by his/her personal under his/her supervision."**Qualifications**:**1. Education level required**- Bachelor's degree on industrial, electrical or electromechanical engineering, or other science.**2. Years and area of experience required**- Minimum experience of 5 years in similar positions.**Skills**:**3
