The Moulding Quality Inspector is responsible on perform process audit on machines and reporting anomaly situation and register and collaborate with production area to maintain quality level and manage non-conforming material.
**Core Responsibilities**
Responsible on follow and validate molding instructions, ensure the quality of the elements by verifying them visually, functionally, and dimensionally. Ensure compliance of quality and safety standard (Product safety, QA Handbook, IMS). Ensure and maintain production plan fulfillment, enhancing and optimizing resources and producing in sequence.
Follow up on non-conforming material or defects reported from other area through quick reaction on stopping material, inspector on the Warehouse and give disposition following standards and instructions.
Report any situation related to measuring equipment or machines, collaborate with other team members (shift delivery, sharing experience or learning and knowledge), collaborate in the fulfillment of quality metrics and support with data for further analysis and actions.

- 2 or 3 years of knowledge on Manufacturing area.
- High School Completed.
- Desirable 1 year of experience on Quality.
- Quality Processes basic knowledge.
- PC basic level (office), Measurement equipment basic knowledge: as pin gages, micrometers, microscope, torque, force gage, etc.).
- Problem Solving, Collaboration, Teamwork, Information Analysis, Attention to Detail and Proactive.
