**QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SPECIALIST**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree or Technical Institute Degree/Certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.
- English: + 80%

**Experience**:

- 4+ years of experience in information technologies or digital solution projects.
- 4+ years of experience developing web based systems (SQL, css, html, API, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience working in a functional role
- 2+ years of experience in Quality, safety or EHSS processes (Desirable).
- Experience working with Agile Methodologies, Support Agile Methodologies.
- Background: SQL Server, Data Analysis, Webservices, APIs & Web based systems.
- Strong user research and user stories documentation or requirements
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Ability to assimilate data quickly.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
- Capable of prioritizing time/resources/goal and possess strong interpersonal skills to ensure success in a cross-functional team environment.
- Formulates new processes and strategic thinking to enhance business unit performance.
- Support teams in planning and decision making.
- Strong customer orientation to enhance business relationships and growth.
- Influential and motivational, provides direction, removes barriers.
- Works in sense of urgency.
- Work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Nice to have experience with Intelex quality tool.
