Quality Manager - Electronics

**Job description**:1. Data collection, organizational review and process improvement are carried out for process quality problems.2. Review and improve after-sales problems reported by customers.3. Responsible for the follow-up and review of the problem points of the model trial production.4. Develop abnormal resumes, follow up on the progress of research and development, process, and material problems, and urge the closure of problems.5. Connect with the customer's audit, factory inspection and various quality data required by the customer.6. Responsible for the promotion of the Mexican factory system (ISO9001, ISO14000, UL certification, etc.).7. Promote the implementation of VDA6.3 to various departments, and can successfully pass the customer audit**Job requirements**:1. **Fluent English** and is able to communicate with overseas customers**2. Have more than 10 years working experience working in the Quality domain within an electronic production environment.**3. Preferably with experience in domestic or foreign first-tier auto companies or first-tier suppliers.4. Familiar with the relevant requirements of IATF16949 and VDA6.3, familiar with the five major quality tools, 8D and other quality tools.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
