Quality Manager at our location in Comonfort, Guanajuato (México).
Your tasks:Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:
Authority to coordinate the activities of the Supplier Quality areas. Customer Quality. Process Quality, ensuring compliance with your
functions and objectives.
Lead the FP-A in accordance with Client requirements
Take necessary actions related to product quality to prevent detection of production and/or products. Negotiate with clients and suppliers aspects related to product quality.
Coordinate the activities of Statistical Process Control and Receipt Quality.
Monitor processes and provide support if necessary in case of doubts. customer defects or complaints.
Ensure that your staff in charge knows and executes the techniques related to hazardous materials: Adequate treatment of non-compliant product; Compliance with customer requirements, special characteristics and Quality objectives.
Coordinate and carry out Customer service activities, reports and collection of components.
Monitoring of the supplier's online effects indicator.
Coordinate the percentage of specific defects by supplier problem.
Education: Completed Industrial Engineering or similar.
Experience: more than 5years in a similar position, in the automotive industry.
Advanced English
Competencies:
1.- Knowledge of IATF Standard 16949, ISO 14001, statistical process control, problem solving methodology, Core tools, internal and external audits.
2.-Problem analysis, leadership, negotiation, strategic thinking, teamwork.
