**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Ensure Quality system compliance around a manufacturing process.
- Provides Manufacturing support for incoming materials analysis.
- Provides measurement for processes related to Quality performance.
- Coordinate floor teams to isolate suspect product, conduct actions for correct processes and delivering good product.
- Provides communication to all floor team members for customer items and requirements.
- Identifies and leads product and process quality improvement.
- Maintains dates on process and Quality related task assigned to shop floor team.
**Skills & Strengths**:
- Technical degree on Quality or Manufacturing fields.
- Good communication skills, English desired.
- 2+ years experience min. in Quality area at manufacturing processes (preferable in automotive business).
- Knowledge of quality systems tools, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.
- Able to demonstrate Skills for problem solving.
- Experience with measuring devices at Lab level and process level.
- Be able to read and interpret drawing or specifications.
- Knowledge of IATF16949 / ISO 9001 requirements.
