**About the Role**
As a **Quote/Order Entry Associate**, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our partnerships by efficiently managing various operational tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include updating and managing price files, providing entry-level customer response for presales requests including pricing, services and/or deal registrations in support of our vendors.
**What You'll Do**
- Update and organize price files regularly.
- Address partner queries related to quotes.
- Ensure agreements meet company policies and legal requirements.
- Understand and communicate vendor programs, pricing, and promotions.
- Provide accurate quotes to sales teams and partners.
- Stay updated on vendor quoting policies and collaborate with vendor teams.
- Identify up-sell opportunities with sales teams.
- Manage lead times, delivery schedules, and customer expectations.
- Handle complex deal registration and customer support for pricing models.
- Serve as the main contact for vendor programs and lifecycle management.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manage communication and issue resolution.
- Ensure pricing compliance with vendor agreements.
- Manage and renew contracts to maximize customer retention.
**What We're Looking For**
**Experience**:
- No prior experience necessary.
Education & Certifications:
- High School Graduate with HS Diploma field of study required.
- Associate Degree with Business, IT, or related Field of Study preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- **English **proficient (B2+ or above) - both written and verbal
- Proficient in executing instructions and requesting clarification.
- Basic data entry and mathematical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adjust to change and adapt as needed.
- Comfortable working under stress and pressure.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Quick learner with proficiency in technology.
- Basic level computer skills.
- May be required to work shifts based on business needs.
- Professional, office environment; remote work possible.
**Working Conditions**:
