As aRBAC Software Access Control Analystin Micron's Identity and Access Governance Team, you will partner with software developers, product owners, and application experts to analyze applications' existing security setup, available functionalities, business implications, and IP vulnerabilities to ensure our access controls align with Micron's "zero trust" initiative.

Using this analysis,you'llsuggest security enhancements to improve feature segregation and ensure the application is ready for onboarding into Micron's RBAC program. This is a dynamic role withlarge impactand an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to advance a career in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with a variety of possibilities and challenges.

Responsibilities:
Partner with business and software teams toidentifyapplications used within the organization anddeterminethe level of risk each poses to our business or intellectual property.

Analyze each application's purpose, user base,featuresand access control mechanisms.

Perform risk assessments toidentifypotential security vulnerabilities in application access and implement improvements.

Bring awareness and educate the software development community about RBAC, access control best practices, and Zero Trust concepts.

Stay updated on the latest security trends in the RBAC and IAM space.

Conduct regular audits of application access controls and usage to ensure compliance with security policies.

Qualifications & Skills:
Programming experience or as a software liaison or product owner.

Knowledge of authorization and authentication techniques, as well as directory services.

Solid grasp of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Role-based Access Control (RBAC) concepts.

Superb attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and skilled at bulk data manipulation.

Collaborative and inclusive with a positive demeanor, well-suited for working across geographical organizations.

Comfortable interacting and connecting with technical, non-technical and leadership teams.

Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

Experience with IAM platforms, SOX compliance, and audit process is preferred.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience. Related disciplines considered.

Minimum of 5 years professional work experience in either the IAM or the Software Development space.
