If you are looking for a dynamic role with large impact and an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to advance a career in IAM, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business and software teams to identify applications used within the organization and determine the level of risk each poses to our business or intellectual property.Analyze each application's purpose, user base, features, and access control mechanisms.Perform risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities in application access and implement improvements.Bring awareness and educate the software development community about RBAC, access control best practices, and Zero Trust concepts.Stay updated on the latest security trends in the RBAC and IAM space.Conduct regular audits of application access controls and usage to ensure compliance with security policies.Qualifications & SkillsProgramming experience or as a software liaison or product owner.Knowledge of authorization and authentication techniques, as well as directory services.Solid grasp of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Role-based Access Control (RBAC) concepts.Superb attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.Proficient with Microsoft Excel and skilled at bulk data manipulation.Collaborative and inclusive with a positive demeanor, well-suited for working across geographical organizations.Comfortable interacting and connecting with technical, non-technical, and leadership teams.Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.Experience with IAM platforms, SOX compliance, and audit process is preferred.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience. Related disciplines considered.Minimum of 5 years professional work experience in either the IAM or the Software Development space.Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
