Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.**What you will learn and contribute to**- The RDC Project Manager is responsible for the whole execution of assigned projects on Network Infrastructure Business Group. Activities are based on Project Management methodology, processes, and Nokia tools. As such, she/he contributes to ensure that all customer projects are delivered according to contractual obligations within forecasted costs, time, and required quality.- Mexico RDC team will be tracking all processes from the moment the PO is received until the material is shipped and delivered to the customer and then the revenue for material is recognized. PM will interface internally with all internal teams to support on clearing up any roadblocks as well as well as managing customer interface to provide status, respond to queries and provide solutions.Are you passionate about solving problems?As part of our team, you will:1. Tracking of all new PO booking with OM and work with Customers and Sales to obtain any missing information needed to complete this process (i.E. Ship to address, valid CRD, pricing, orderable codes, etc.).2. Work with Sales and customers to educate on PO requirements and standard lead times for different products.3. Using the reporting tools to communicate status, update and monitor all material orders. Reporting tool can be several depending on the customer, some have their own template to report status and communicate any requirements on orders.4. Work to close all existing backlog in the shortest time possible with coordination with customers aiming to pull in as much revenue as possible to the current quarter.5. Partial shipments accepted6. Partial invoicing and revenue depending on T&C's7. Deliveries earlier than CRD's8. Verification to replace with SCO stock (refurbished material) for longer lead time products, global allocations, or shortages.9. Verification with Sales and Sales engineering on alternative solutions in case no SCO material is available.A- Revenue forecast based on T&C's and financial status of each customer - Risk and Title transfer/AQRB- Revenue assurance by clearing any roadblocks for recognition: Proof Of Delivery (POD's) available for HW and SW.1
