- Coordinates receiving activities including supervision of wage employees, on-time unloading of inbound materials, external warehouse shipments and receipts, among other activities that affect inventory accuracy and material availability at _warehouse._
- Supervises and/or gives work direction to receiving department _personnel._
- Assures inventory entries are properly created in SAP to ensure on-time payment to suppliers and inventory accuracy.
- Follow up to cost and scrap metrics.
- Follow up to material availability at point of use.
- Supports the solution of problems in the receipt process in SAP of invoices to ensure on time payment to suppliers.
- Design and implementation of adequate and effective solutions in the accumulation of materials in the different areas of Receiving (6700, Warehouse area, Problems area, Receiving floor)
- Administration and control of the containers in MJD yard
- Registration of invoices with problems in the receipt process with support through a specific file for this purpose.
- Coordinate the shipment of materials destinated to the external Warehouses (Golden, Logmann)
- Participate in safety, environmental and ergonomics programs.
- Participation in the processes of continuous improvement
